Assistant Executive Director

Amy began her career with NAFI in 1996 as a Community Caseworker for youth and families. Unexpectedly finding a passion for working with young women within a residential treatment facility, she spent many years designing and implementing gender responsive programming as a Family Worker, Assistant Director, Director and Project Director within congregate care settings. In 2006, she pivoted to the roles Director of Training and Development and then Director of Operations for Connecticut. In her current role as Assistant Executive Director of NAFI CT|NY|RI, Amy provides and supports quality assurance systems for all individuals to receive the highest caliber of care and services within NAFI.
