Andy has worked with NAFI since 1996, starting his career as a Case Manager for one of the agency’s programs for justice-involved youth. In more than twenty-five years of service, Andy has held numerous leadership roles within the agency including serving as Program Director for several programs aimed at improving the lives of youth and families involved in the justice system. In 2020, Andy stepped into his current role as Project Director for Developmental Services in which he oversees several programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental needs. He is a tireless advocate for those in his care, always working to ensure our programs are creating opportunities, maximizing potential, and fostering connection. He is an active member of the agency’s Fundraising and Community Events committees.

What is something you love about working at NAFI?

“There is a genuine and mutual appreciation for everyone’s unique skill set at NAFI. I feel a part of something important whether it be within the programs or agency-wide projects and committees. I have such great admiration for everyone that works at NAFI and I continue to be motivated by my colleagues and the individuals with whom we work.”
