Project Director, Group Home and Residential Services

Ashley began her NAFI career in 2009 as a Shift Supervisor in one of our group homes for adolescents. Throughout her tenure she has also held roles of Administrative Assistant, Clinician, and Program Director. Currently serving as the Project Director for Group Homes, Ashley oversees the operations of both Corbin Home and Tress Road Home. As the co-chair of the agency’s DEI&B committee, Ashley champions many initiatives that support the continuous goals of accessibility, inclusion, and equity for all individuals. She is an active Agency Trainer, facilitating employee learning and development workshops in the areas of trauma-informed care, implicit bias, and adolescent development. Ashley is a passionate advocate for employees and consumers and actively collaborates with community partners for the betterment of service delivery for youth and families across the state.

What is something you love about working at NAFI?
