Director of Human Resources
Heather started her NAFI career in 1997 as a Direct Service Worker in a residential program. She then transferred her skill set to NAFI’s community-based programs where she held roles as a Program Coordinator, Assistant Program Director and Program Director. In 2003, she transitioned to the role of Human Resource Manager. Today Heather is the Director of Human Resources for Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. Heather leads and oversees all functions related to employee recruitment, hiring and retention. In addition, she administers the coordination of employee benefits and ensures that all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
