Executive Director
Lynn began her NAFI career in 1993 as a Direct Care Worker in NAFI Rhode Island. Since that time, she has held several positions including Program Coordinator, Program Director, Agency Supervisor and Assistant Executive Director. Lynn has been serving as the Executive Director of NAFI CT | NY | RI since 2012. As Executive Director, Lynn is responsible for providing oversight of administration, operations and strategic direction for the company. Under her leadership, the agency has seen exponential growth in its geographic reach, fiscal scope, and service type, now boasting a well-coordinated network of programs across three states and positively impacting the lives of more than 1,500 children, adults, and families each year.
Lynn is passionate about creating and sustaining a healthy organizational culture where all people feel included. In 2020, she implemented NAFI’s Tri-State Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) Committee. In addition to her role at NAFI, Lynn serves as the President for the Children’s League of Connecticut and the Secretary of the Rhode Island Coalition for Children and Families, organizations working to shape policy and practices and advance comprehensive, effective systems of care for children and families. Her experience and expertise ensures that the agency has the resources needed to continuously provide high-quality services through a team of dedicated employees.
