Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic

NAFI CT’s Outpatient Clinic provides holistic psychiatric and clinical counseling to youth, families, couples, and individuals ages 6 years old through the lifespan. Our experienced clinicians work with each client to help strengthen their relationships and realize their goals. Primary services provided include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, parent/caregiver education and support, and consultation with schools. NAFI CT’s Outpatient Clinic helps individuals and families overcome a broad range of behavioral and emotional challenges, including:

  • Depression and other mood changes
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD symptoms (impulsivity, hyperactivity, inattention)
  • Past or present trauma
  • Couples issues
  • Problem sexual behavior (under 18 yrs.)
  • Family conflict
  • Problems in function in school, the community or at home
  • Behavioral problems (truancy, lying, stealing, aggression)
  • Self-harming behaviors
  • Interpersonal issues
