Family-Based Recovery (FBR) is an intensive, in-home program designed to support families with young children (infants and children under age 6) where a parent is struggling with substance use. Our goal is to help parents achieve recovery, strengthen parenting skills, and create a safe, stable home for their children.
Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, FBR integrates substance use treatment with parenting support, trauma-informed therapy, and case management services. A dedicated, multidisciplinary team of therapists and family support specialists work directly with families in their homes up to three times per week for up to a year, reducing barriers to treatment and keeping families together.
By focusing on both the parent’s recovery and the child’s well-being, FBR provides the tools and support needed to build a healthier future.
