NAFI CT Wins 2020 Top Workplaces Honors From Courant, Hearst

Top Workplaces 2020 award for NAFI CT from The Hartford CourantNAFI Connecticut Inc. has been honored as one of Connecticut’s Top Workplaces by both The Hartford Courant and Hearst Connecticut Media Group.

This is the fifth consecutive year the Courant has singled out NAFI CT for fostering one of the state’s best work environments.

Award-winning companies and organizations are chosen solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology provider Energage, LLC.

The Courant’s Top Workplaces list includes 48 winners, while the Hearst CT list features 49 honorees.

In addition to being named to The Courant’s list, NAFI CT also received a special Top Workplaces award for its values. “This company operates by strong values,” the announcement said.

NAFI was also given a special award for training by Hearst, based on employees praising NAFI for providing formal training that helps advance their careers in the Energage survey.
