Pierpont is a Continuous Residential Support (CRS) program designed specifically for three men with developmental disabilities who have elected to pool their resources and live in a shared environment. Highly trained support staff are available 24/7 to assist residents with household management, activities of daily living, recreation and leisure planning, employment opportunities, and safety skills. The program uses a highly relational approach to promote personal growth, maximize each resident’s level of independence, and foster community integration.
