Professional Parent Program (PPP)

Striving to Create Life-Long Connections Through Nurturing Relationships

The Professional Parent Program (PPP) provides long-term, specialized foster care for children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges between the ages of 8 and 18 years of age. The goal is to recruit, train and approve skilled specialized foster families to provide a stabilized and structured environment to maintain youth in the community. Children and youth will develop long-term, positive relationships with adults, including their NAFI foster family, biological family, community members, and service providers. This long-term program helps build life-long relationships for the youth.
