NAFI CT’s Multisystemic Therapy for Youth with Problem Sexual Behaviors (MST-PSB) program works with youth (ages 10-18) who have exhibited problem sexual behavior. With the support and guidance of a specialized therapist, the youth and family address underlying issues connected to problematic behavior.
MST-PSB is an evidence-based treatment program that incorporates the youth’s various social environments (i.e. the home and family, school and teachers, neighborhood and community, peers, etc.) to achieve success. Youth and family members participate in intensive multi-weekly treatment sessions in the home with the goal of eliminating problem sexual behavior and mental health concerns while increasing cohesion between family members and building community connections.
