Linking Youth to Natural Communities (LYNC)

NAFI CT’s Linking Youth to Natural Communities (LYNC) program is a multi-modal center focusing on a scope of targeted services for court-involved youth and their families. The program supports youth and their families in making sustainable behavioral changes by providing an array of evidence-based and evidence-informed services. These services include screening and assessments, cognitive-behavioral group interventions, care coordination, structured case management, and educational and vocational services. LYNC has a strong focus on connecting youth and their families to appropriate community and/or grassroots agencies and natural supports to ensure success during treatment and after program completion.
